Working for a fabulous, large, 'family feel', established company in York City Centre, we are looking for a flexible and confident Team Support Administrator to join an engaging and multiskilled team who have a great work ethic and sense of humour! Your main responsibilities as the Team Support Administrator will be to provide a wide range of administration support where no two days will be the same! One minute you could be organising a workshop or webinar and the next updating guidelines for over 100 different Managers based all over Europe. The Team Support Administrators manage their own workload and you get to see things through to conclusion. Accurate with a keen eye for detail, you will enjoy liaising with various internal and external teams and you will thrive when working to tight deadlines. Being organised and able to manage multiple activities in a fast paced and constantly changing environment is what will make you tick. Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following: Administration experience - Excellent IT skills, including main Microsoft software (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint etc.). The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A customer focused mind set. Comfortable liaising with strong personalities. Job Details

Job type: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday (1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in the week) Salary: £25K Benefits
