Nomad Foods are investing in a Global Sales CRM capability within Nomad Foods that will harmonise, simplify and increase the maturity of CRM capability across our core 14 European markets. As a result, we have a new vacancy in the Technology Business Solutions team for a Business Analyst to be part of the delivery and ongoing exploitation & continuous improvement.

Once fully implemented, the focus of this role will then become facilitating the business in their day-to-day use of the system, and supporting in the definition, scoping, and delivery of a continuous improvement backlog, new projects, as well as evaluating and adopting priority features available in the vendor roadmap releases.

Working with 3rd party software vendors, support partners, and delivery teams, this role will be the Technology Product Owner of the system, working in support of the Group Sales Product Owner, to enable a set of common business processes and KPIs/Reporting, for a network of in-market users and super-users.

Responsibilities Lead the collection, understanding, documentation, and translation of the business requirements for changes and projects into functional specifications and detailed test plans. Ensure that all activities comply with relevant Operating model procedures, including relevant Service Management, Project Lifecycle Management, and Sarbanes Oxley controls. Assist in the production of business cases covering the development and implementation of business changes as necessary. Document all work using the required standards, methods, and tools and recommend/lead improvements to standards where appropriate. Provide Business Process design and documentation expertise, recommend business process and/or system improvements using formal (and informal) techniques. Lead the development and implementation of these improvements/new processes. Test, implement, and train users in systems and facilitate system and user acceptance testing. Develop a broad understanding of Nomad processes, applications, and data flows, and a deeper knowledge across the assigned functions portfolio. Evaluate industry and competitor solutions, and incorporate them into own thinking, analysis, and solution design. Collaborate with other business analysts and IT teams to ensure consistency and quality of system and process implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team and function. Provide the link between the customer, development team, and any third party regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle. Qualifications 3-5 years Business Analysis, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments. Demonstrable knowledge and successful application of the principles, methods, techniques, and tools of various business analysis techniques. Experience working with and delivering changes via 3rd party software providers.
