You’ll be part of a two-year graduate programme, specialising in Technical but gaining exposure into different business areas. In the first 6 months, you will join your chosen discipline, settle in and genuinely contribute and make a difference within the team. Following this, you will begin three rotational placements aligned to your chosen specialised area. Each of these placements will last 3 months, giving you an insight into the wider business and how we build homes – change lives. Once you have completed the placements you will return to your original team, where you will work on more in-depth projects, giving you opportunities to enhance the skills already gained and prepare for the challenges of your next role. Your growth and development are important to us – throughout the two-year programme, you will have a dedicated mentor and attend Leadership and Business workshops designed to equip you with the right skills, knowledge, and behaviours to build a successful career. Salary

- £27,000 - £30,000 starting salary depending on location Enhanced Leave

– 26 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and the ability to buy and sell annual leave. Pension & Bonus

What you’ll need…. Minimum 2:1 degree, or equivalent; ideally in a related subject but not essential. If you don’t have a related degree, you’ll need to demonstrate a passion for the industry and outline your transferable skills. To be passionate with energy and enthusiasm to learn and deliver successes. To be resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
