Description

As a Tech Lead at Tillo, you'll oversee a group of Engineers, guiding them in project execution and ensuring the team’s productivity. This role will balance people management with hands-on technical leadership. You'll play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding the Python Team to enhance their technical skills and professional development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend technical execution with people leadership, contributing significantly to both team and product success. We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia, and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries.

If successful, you will

Coach and develop Python Engineers, enhancing their coding skills and technical proficiency Establish and maintain technical standards, architecture, and best practices for Python development Unblock developers and resolve technical challenges Make technical decisions considering various constraints Provide mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning Lead the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation Collaborate with the Product Team to align technical solutions with company vision Serve as the technical escalation point for Python-related issues Contribute to security initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices

About you
