As a Recruiter for Akkodis, you should ideally have experience in IT Recruitment. You will have the ability to build rapport over the phone, a high level of integrity, and the capability to engage with people of all levels and backgrounds. You should also have proven 360 recruitment experience in the tech sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve: Speaking to IT professionals over the phone, social media, and email. Liaising with clients to win new business. Sourcing candidates to fill your roles. Researching your market to sell IT services. Utilizing your savvy social media skills to build your personal brand.
