About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our clients growing team in Manchester. This role offers a blend of autonomy, flexibility, and a highly rewarding commission structure, making it perfect for a driven individual with a passion for connecting top tech talent with leading companies. As a key member of the team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, leveraging your expertise to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. With hybrid working and full autonomy, you'll have the freedom to shape your day-to-day schedule while benefiting from the support of a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Source, screen, and place top technology talent. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Stay informed on tech industry trends to offer valuable insights. Achieve and exceed revenue and placement targets. What We're Looking For

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the technology or change sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a hybrid setting. What We Offer
