Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships. Source, screen, and place top technology talent. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Stay informed on tech industry trends to offer valuable insights. Achieve and exceed revenue and placement targets. What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the technology or change sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a hybrid setting.
