Tech Recruitment Consultant - Sales / Business Development

Joining our Talent division, you'll be identifying new customers within a specific technology sector and sourcing niche talent for them. Most of us started with no experience and are now earning six figures. Your outbound phone experience will be invaluable as this is how you'll build relationships with tech experts. You'll receive full training so don't worry if your IT expertise only stretches to unlocking your phone! Gaining and chasing sales leads, negotiating business terms and meeting customers in-person and virtually will all be part of your remit as a Recruitment Consultant. If you love getting on the phone and being in full control of your own business, this is definitely the job for you. We have a defined career progression structure and targets so you know exactly what you need to do to earn promotion.
