Respond to day-to-day customers’ technical enquiries as required, in writing and via telephone. Understand the deciding factors, leading to the technical approach and assist customer with the product selection. Communicate the technical requirements where required, i.e.: technical requirements as part of RFQs to the responsible persons within the CWC-I organization. Liaise with the responsible Sales or Product Manager to find the best solution to provide to the customer. Provide technical solutions, based on the customer’s needs. Liaise with the engineering and production facilities to ensure feasibility of the technical approach. Initiate projects based on the customer’s demands where required and follow up with the appropriate contacts/systems depending on the Business Unit. Provide internal communication between the Technical, Sales and Marketing organizations. Prioritize the projects as required by the Sales organization. What You Bring: Engineering Degree or similar technical background. Experience in Sales environment. Technical understanding. Team worker. Flexible. Self Motivated. Communication skills.
