We are looking for Project Managers and Engineers at all levels to spearhead various defence, electronics, and military projects. If you have a strong technical background or project management experience in highly regulated industries, we want to hear from you! Note:
Candidates must be eligible to achieve Security Clearance (SC).
About the Role As a Project Manager, you will: Implement strategies within the design phases of projects, communicating status, issues, or changes that may affect delivery performance. Deliver assigned projects and work packages on time and within budget. Engage in the design and development of Radars, Electronic Warfare/Decoys, meeting industry standards and client needs. Develop a comprehensive understanding of project scopes, including client requirements and manufacturing processes. Oversee and manage budgets across the project life cycle, ensuring financial objectives are met. Plan and allocate resources effectively, keeping all teams aligned and on schedule. Assess the technical outputs of suppliers and sub-contractors.
About You To succeed in this role, you should have: Experience in highly regulated industries such as Defence, Electronics, Space, or Military. A strong technical engineering background or prior experience in a project management role. The ability to tackle leadership challenges while staying hands-on with engineering work. Proficiency in software development tools like LabVIEW and TestStand (certifications like CLD or CLA are advantageous). Familiarity with National Instruments platforms, including Data Acquisition, PXI, RT, RF, and FPGA hardware (desirable). Eligibility to obtain basic Security Clearance (SC).
