It serves as the main contact for document requests and document control, supports project teams, conducts audits, and collaborates with quality teams to maintain high standards. Key responsibilities: Complete customer KPI data, including entry and presentation preparation, ensuring accuracy. Manage the Customer Technical SharePoint system and oversee technical documents to maintain organisation and updates. Administer the technical calendar, share updates, and manage weekly customer meetings, including minute-taking. Handle document requests, storage, and process management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Support ad hoc projects, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous departmental improvement. About you: The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Technical Administration role or Business Administration, with a focus on supporting document control processes. They should exhibit strong IT proficiency, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite, with Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI. Key qualities include attention to detail, multitasking abilities, organisational skills, and be a good communicator.
