We are looking for a Technical Administrator to provide administrative support to the SHE and manufacturing training teams. This position will be located at our headquarters in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire. For the SHE aspect of the role, there will be opportunities to assist our global business areas. A hybrid working pattern is available, with the expectation that onsite attendance is required specifically when supporting the manufacturing training team. As Technical Administrator you will support the below administrative activities: Manufacturing Training Team Responsible for all course administration including booking, managing & scheduling training and refresher courses for our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) colleagues based at Hillhouse. Logging training attendance onto the Learning Management System (LMS). Issuing and collating feedback forms. Providing basic reports from the LMS. Raising Purchase Orders (PO's) for external training courses. Setting new suppliers/training providers up and managing existing supplier relationships. Assist with apprenticeship administration tasks. SHE Administration of our AIMS system, including updates, starter and leavers. Issue SHE alerts. Ensure all DSE assessments are up to date, sending out reminder notifications and follow ups where required. Create and issue vouchers for relevant employee schemes such as eye ware and flu vaccination vouchers. Maintaining and updating SHE systems including the internal intranet pages for SHE and Process Safety. Responsible for updating first aider posters/communication for the site. General administrative tasks such as data entry, updating documents and preparing reports. We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent communication & organisational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work on multiple tasks at once. Our ideal candidate will be proactive and innovative, with a keen interest in training and/or SHE. They should have a background in thriving within a dynamic and high-pressure environment and hold at least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English, at grade C/4 or above.
