A brand new opportunity has been created within our busy Quality Department for a Technical Administrator. This purpose of this key role will be to provide day-to-day technical administration support, document archiving and business partner services to all areas within the quality department. In this role you will be able to demonstrate your methodical, organised, and tenacious approach to your work, and your outstanding attention to detail. You will be IT literate, with a high degree of competence in off-the-shelf (i.e. Windows) software. Job Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities will include: Providing technical assistance support to the QE/QCE function for the creation, maintenance and completion of product information onto customer access portals. Carrying out weekly and monthly supplier/customer/regulatory database checks to identify any updated standards, specifications or requirements that the company is required to work in accordance with. Circulating all revised documents to the appropriate departments for comment and information as is necessary. Maintaining a database of outstanding responses and escalating any late responses to the appropriate site Senior Manager. Managing the review and approval process to ensure that documents are reviewed and approved in a timely manner. (Monthly) Updating site databases with the approved revised documents. Managing changes to the BMS/APMS document systems. (Document control) Reviewing and identifying errors in New Business Partners submitted documentation. Creating and maintaining all Business Partners information onto the business databases and software as required. Job Qualifications

The ideal person for this role will be truly methodical, super-organised, and extremely tenacious. They will not be afraid to chase stakeholders for unfinished or late work and make sure that stakeholders deliver when promised. Additionally, they will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Previous demonstrable experience in a busy Office Administration role is required. IT literacy is a "must have", with a high degree of competence in off-the-shelf (i.e. Windows) software. Any previous experience of Quality Systems Management would be a huge advantage.
