We’re looking for a Technical Advertiser Solutions Senior Consultant to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Technical Advertiser Solutions team, you will perform deep analyses on client campaigns. Working from our Singapore office, you’ll collaborate with our Sales teams to drive revenue and performance for advertisers on Snap. What you’ll do: Partner with sales teams to unlock and develop new business opportunities by aligning customer solutions with clients' business goals. Act as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Snap Ad solutions, guiding advertisers and sales teams toward optimal ad campaign implementations. Leverage deep knowledge of Snap Ad products and technologies to create tailored customer solutions that address clients' business challenges. Build strong relationships with sales and advertisers by proactively understanding their needs and independently solving complex technical issues. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to develop, enhance, and scale solutions that elevate our clients’ advertising performance. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Advanced understanding of Ads auction marketplace dynamics, tracking pixels, and third-party measurement tools. Ability to build stories with large data sets to optimize campaign performance and provide practical insights via data visualization software (Looker, Tableau, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills for understanding advertiser and sales requirements and designing tailored customer solutions. Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and program management skills to effectively drive projects and partner engagement. Minimum Qualifications: BS in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent years of experience. 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or technology industries with a strong understanding of the ad tech landscape, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with software systems involving querying, SQL scripting, or API development. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex customer solutions into clear, accessible explanations for diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of combined experience as a Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or Partner/Sales Engineer. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js), web technologies, or familiarity with open-source AI/ML models or frameworks. Proficiency in open-source tools and web technologies, with hands-on experience in applying AI/ML models and frameworks to design and deliver customer-centric solutions. Advanced knowledge of tracking pixels, third-party measurement tools, and analytics for digital advertising campaigns. Familiarity with market dynamics and trends in the advertising or tech industry. Fluency in French is a plus.
