You will ensure every customer receives the best possible experience, whether you're answering questions about our products or resolving any issues that come up. Your goal is to make sure every customer receives a world-class service! With a patient and positive attitude, you'll handle complaints, technical product issues, and claims enquiries either by telephone, email, or live chat. Your clear and friendly advice will help customers make informed decisions, and you'll work closely with both internal and external teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. You’ll be joining a fast-paced and dedicated team who work together to ensure all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. So you’ll need a strong customer service and complaints background to succeed in this role. What skills/experience is required? Previous customer service experience in a customer interfacing environment Experience handling and resolving customer complaints and claims Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Tech savvy – including MS package: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint A proactive approach with meticulous attention to detail Self-motivated, with a confident, engaging, and positive attitude Ability to prioritise tasks and produce accurate work under pressure Strong customer focus and teamwork ability A customer-centric approach with a track record of improving customer satisfaction. Experience in manufacturing industry along with Marshalls product knowledge is desirable but don’t worry, we can teach you what you need to know! We would love to hear from you if you have experience of ISO 9001 and/or customer service related qualifications but these are desirable rather than essential.
