We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, with over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190 million into R&D/Innovation.

This is an incredibly exciting role where they are looking for someone with a technical background, strong drawing skills/CAD experience, and eagerness to learn and progress in a global company.

Role: You will be responsible for: Offering detailed technical support for a defined technical area of expertise. Supporting the creation of system specifications ensuring all specifications produced are compliant with internal and external standards. Ensuring all system specifications and site inspections are created and logged in the CRM/SpecMaster systems. Ensuring basic technical questions can be answered for all areas and seeking support of experts in other fields where required. Playing an active role in developing Technical Services systems.

Candidate: The ideal candidate will have: A good standard of technical ability. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and listening skills. The ability to work independently while also closely within a supportive team environment. The ability to read and understand technical drawings with an understanding of construction-related terminology, although training will be given. CAD/BIM (Revit) Drawing experience. The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage/prioritise their own workload.
