Company Van & Comprehensive Benefits Package Role Overview: Dealing with a high-quality manufactured range of mortar, plaster, and render. Handling inbound customer inquiries via telephone and email. Offering technical support to external and internal sales teams. Liaising with contractors, builders, and merchants with technical advice and product training. Occasionally attending trade shows or merchants for product demonstrations. Creating samples, including mixing and application of products. Keeping track of recordings and report writing where required. Conducting site tests, improvement meetings, and development trials. Ideal Applicant Qualifications: Previous experience as a Plasterer or Renderer with hands-on installation experience. Experience with related products (cement, mortar, etc.). Customer service experience (understanding customer requirements, producing quotations and invoices). IT literate (Microsoft Office). Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
