We are seeking an experienced

Agile Lead

to oversee and drive the delivery of key features and functionality for

Foundations Technology

initiatives. This role will involve leading a team of Cloud Engineers, ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and supporting the integration of Enterprise and Foundations Technology delivery excellence initiatives. The Agile Lead will be responsible for the overall success of the team’s Agile processes, tracking risks, managing stakeholders, and aligning the team’s activities with broader organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Agile ceremonies for the

Foundations Technology POD , including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Manage quarterly planning increments, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and priorities. Identify, track, and escalate key risks and issues to the

Common Components Portfolio Delivery Manager

to ensure the team remains on track and delivery is not impacted. Remove blockers and provide ongoing support to the team, ensuring smooth and timely delivery. Manage and facilitate dependencies between internal IT teams, vendors, and third-party stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Support the integration of

Enterprise

and

Foundations Technology Delivery Excellence

initiatives into the

Common Components

delivery framework. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication and updates on progress. Key Requirements: Must be able to work in the Sheffield office 2 days per week or 8 days per month. Strong experience with

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

methodologies. Proven track record in delivering

Agile

and

DevOps

projects. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Proficient in using

JIRA

and

Confluence

to track and manage project progress. Experience working with

global teams

across multiple time zones, managing remote collaboration and ensuring timely delivery. Preferred Skills: Experience in leading Cloud Engineering teams and delivering cloud-based solutions. Knowledge of continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps best practices. Familiarity with large-scale enterprise technology delivery. Why Join Us?
