Summary: The

Technical and Validation Quality Lead

functions as a technical quality specialist providing technical leadership, making quality decisions, providing input into validation activities and working as part of the quality assurance team taking part in the day-to-day operations of the department. Technical and Validation Quality Lead

Requirements: BSc hons degree in chemistry, life sciences, food or materials science. Ability to understand, scientifically, Co’s products, application, and performance. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prepare and present technical information. Proven ability to lead technical discussions on quality aspects of the company’s products. Previous experience of validation activities within a healthcare setting. Project planning and/or excellent time and resource management skills/ prioritisation processes Proven leadership and self-development skills required. Demonstrated ability to function within a matrix organizational structure Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Limited travel required dependent on the needs of the business and the issues that arise. Full UK driving license/own transport Knowledge of IPEC/EXCiPACT Knowledge of Oracle Up to date knowledge of cGMP, ISO 9001:2015 Effective knowledge of Pharma Industry Knowledge of ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards. Worked with operational staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and associated documentation.
