Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Technical Application Scientist qPCR (m/f/d) who demonstrates exceptional work behaviors and drive to join our world-class Information Technology team. Provide technical application support for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) instruments and reagents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and products. Provide flawless technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers. Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system and assist in the development of continuous improvement. Proactively determine customer needs and provide innovative solutions. Keep up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technology. Participate in training on products and continuing education on our new applications and technologies. Job Requirements:

2+ years laboratory experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field, preferably in molecular biology or a related area. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Proven experience in qPCR applications and troubleshooting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovation. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Fluent English plus one of the following: Italian, French or German languages (spoken and written). Additional European languages are an asset.
