We are currently recruiting for a Technical Architect (Azure / Databricks) - FTC to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. This role is a FTC (Fixed Term Contract) that will run for 1 year. Role Requirements

As the Technical Architect (Azure / Databricks), you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data solutions on the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), ensuring alignment with RSA Data Strategy and Architecture. You will ensure that data solutions are robust, secure, and optimized for performance across business functions. You will guide the technical implementation of data processing, storage, integration strategies, consumption, deployment, data management, and platform features to ensure optimal data flow. You will ensure that all data solutions comply with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with business, technology, and data teams to align solutions with enterprise objectives and support the definition of enterprise data patterns. You will identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve the quality and trustworthiness of data and processes. The Individual

About You: To be successful in this role, you will have good experience in data architecture and design, particularly within cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks). You will have expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive data solutions on the cloud, including data modeling, management, data integration, data transformation, consumption, and deployment. You will have knowledge of data governance and data security practices, detailed experience in resolving business and technology issues, and familiarity with data-related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends. You will have the ability to articulate a vision of transformation efforts, a sense of mission, and provide direction. You will be able to manage senior relationships across all business and functional areas and develop cooperative and constructive working relationships. What we offer you:
