RSNOT416 I am seeking a passionate Technical Architect to join an award-winning Architectural practice in Nottingham. This RIBA Chartered practice has grown steadily over the last few years with the success of their innovative projects earning them an excellent reputation. They have cultivated strong relationships and partnerships with a number of influential clients, allowing them to work across a diverse portfolio of significant projects. They are involved in several sectors including education, residential, community, and healthcare, using their expertise to produce creative, technically excellent designs. They have a multidisciplined team comprised of Architects, Architectural Technologists, Engineers, among other professions. Working for this successful practice offers 25 days annual leave, a generous pension, flexible working hours, and regular opportunities for continued professional development whilst working in a supportive environment. The successful Architect will have: Substantial post Part Three experience Excellent Revit skills Knowledge of leading projects Comprehensive knowledge of current and emergent designs Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Technical Architect: ARB registered A couple of years of post Part Three qualification experience in the UK Proficiency in Revit is essential Strong portfolio across a mix of projects and scales Thorough knowledge of current building regulations Attend and input to site meetings Deliver drawings across the RIBA stages Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Strong technical ability and portfolio to match Assist with managing a small team Job running experience Confident communicator both written and verbal Driven with professional development Up to date with the latest technologies and designs Live locally to Nottingham This is a permanent role.
