A leading Healthcare Tech consultancy client is starting a new programme of works with a public Sector Healthcare end-client. A number of roles are needed for the work, one being a Technical Architect.

Inside IR35 3 months Early Jan start

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing secure, scalable authentication and authorization systems in cloud environments. They should be able to balance security requirements with user experience and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure cloud architecture. Develop robust authentication and authorization systems for cloud-based applications. Design role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models. Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0). Implement API gateway solutions for centralized authentication. Develop strategies for secure service-to-service communication. Key Skills

Extensive experience with cloud-based authentication and authorization systems. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles. Expertise in implementing OAuth 2.0, SAML, and other security protocols. Experience with API gateway design and implementation. BA/Del. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within a product environment in the public sector. They should be able to recognize the challenges of this environment in terms of stakeholder engagement, security focus, and governance.

Additional Key Responsibilities

Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions. Eliciting requirements for the Expansion of the UKHSA Data Dashboard. Ensuring user experience is central to the implementation of the solution. Developing close working relationships with the Data Dashboard development team (SMEs). Working closely with the Data Product Development Product Owner and wider team. Ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation standards are met. Leading on adhering to UKHSA governance processes. Additional Key Skills
