As a Technical Architect, you'll be the maestro behind designing, developing, and maintaining our platform architecture. Your mission: to create autonomous and scalable I&O Platforms that set the stage for our future. Key skills required for this role: Jira Confluence Cloudability Agile GitHub Ansible Terraform SNOW What's the Role About: We're on a mission to build a trustworthy, scalable, and efficient IT infrastructure to fuel our growth plans! As a Technical Architect in the I&O Platforms team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of our technology capabilities. From the Observability Platform to the Connectivity Platform, each area is vital to our success. What Will You Be Doing: Collaborate with Product/Platform Engineers and Leads to ensure our platforms meet the needs of the business and users. Dive deep into software architecture principles, explore cloud platforms, and keep us ahead of industry trends! Support data management, including data quality and master data management. Engage in engineering management, automation, and life cycle management. Oversee Disaster Recovery Management from an architecture perspective. Drive value optimisation & continuous improvement of I&O Platform architecture. What Skills Do We Need From You: Experience as a Platform/Technical or Enterprise architect. Knowledge and experience in Platform Architecture, with skills in technical architecture, cloud solutions, and more. Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL. Understanding of different modelling languages (UML and ArchiMate). Experience in system development life cycle methodologies (Agile, DevOps). Excellent interpersonal skills in facilitation and negotiation.
