Job summary The Platform Technical Architect is a technical professional who designs, develops, and maintains the architecture of a platform. Key skills required for this role Telemetry - Infrastructure - Dynatrace - Application Services - Monitoring - AWS Your Role: As a Platform Technical Architect, you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining the architecture of our Observability Platform. Your expertise will ensure autonomous and scalable I&O Platforms that support our current and future business needs. Key Areas of Responsibilities: Systems Integration Optimization & Improvement Technology Evaluation & Selection Additional Support: In addition to platform-specific responsibilities, you'll contribute to: Data management, including data quality, stewardship, and master data management. Engineering management, focusing on tasks and process automation and lifecycle management. Assessment of complex and atypical demands and requirements. Disaster Recovery Management from an architectural perspective. Value optimization and continuous improvement of the I&O Platform architecture. Key Skills: Extensive experience as a Platform/Technical Architect. Proficiency in I&O Platform Architecture, cloud solutions, and ITIL. Knowledge of modeling languages (UML and ArchiMate). Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including agile, rapid prototyping, and DevOps. Experience managing and delivering through third-party suppliers. Excellent interpersonal skills in facilitation and negotiation. Specific Platform Skills (Observability): Enterprise monitoring (APM, synthetic monitoring, log monitoring). Design and implementation of monitoring systems and advanced tooling. Telemetry data collection and analysis for system performance insights. Problem diagnosis, resolution, and system performance optimization. Designing, building, and maintaining informative business dashboards.
