Solution Design : Address product or technical gaps, ensuring accountability for the technical solution, including integration, automation, data migration, pipelines, and development. Development Lifecycle : Participate in all areas of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, estimation, build, testing, deployment, and documentation of high-quality, performant technical solutions. Stakeholder Engagement : Build trust and confidence through interactions with stakeholders, facilitating sessions for technical design, demonstrations, training, and other engagements. Continuous Improvement : Capture lessons learned and drive behaviors to enhance the quality of project delivery, providing oversight and direction for continuous improvement efforts. Technical Workloads : Implement technical solutions to meet acceptance criteria, addressing product gaps and ensuring the design, build, test, deployment, and documentation of solutions. Knowledge Sharing : Stay current with the latest developments in D365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies, and share knowledge with the team to foster growth and improvement. Skills and Experience Required:
Expert Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and core Azure services, including all D365 CE first-party applications, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and more. Programming Proficiency : Strong skills in Visual Studio, C#, React, Java/TypeScript, PowerFX, and other relevant languages and platforms. Project Management : Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, using Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, source control, pipelines, and artifacts. Communication Skills : Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation, guide stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels. Quality Assurance : Commitment to diligent quality assurance through testing, defect resolution, and documentation processes. Leadership and Mentorship : Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor technical team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Strategic Thinking : Ability to design and implement solutions that consider security, quality, budget, scalability, flexibility, and longevity.
