We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated Technical Artist to join our team and deliver creative solutions to a wide range of technical and pipeline challenges. In this role, working alongside an experienced senior Technical Artist, you will play an integral and wide-ranging role within the team, bridging the gap between the Art and Technical teams. You will provide technical solutions to streamline art pipelines and processes, as well as supporting the Art team with tools, scripts, blueprints, rigging, and shaders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reaching out to the team to identify areas for improvement, able to shift between different challenges, and prioritize work to achieve the best results with the greatest impact. You will also be expected to clearly document and communicate improvements to the team. The Tech Art team collaborates closely with the shared tech group, contributing to company-wide initiatives and larger, innovative projects. The rundown: Permanent role Full time (37.5 hours per week) In office OR hybrid OR remote Requirements Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Ownership:

Collaborate closely with the Senior Tech Artist, Art Team, and Graphics Coders to develop and refine the pipelines and processes that power our innovative VR titles. Continuously evolve the tech stack to ensure its effectiveness in meeting project needs. Problem-Solving:

Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, delivering solutions that streamline the development process for the Art Team. About You A high-quality portfolio or reel showcasing artistic ability and an eye for detail. Exceptional expertise in 2-3 technical art areas, with a broad understanding of other disciplines. This may include pipeline ownership, shaders, rigging, lighting, Unreal Blueprints, optimization, tools, scripting, or VFX. Experience working on at least 2 titles in a technical art role, across any commercial gaming platform, with involvement in the full development cycle (from concept to release). Proven experience working with cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and managing the dependencies that arise in such an environment. A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with experience setting up processes and practices that leverage the strengths of the team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders. Nice to Haves: Experience optimizing games for restrictive platforms such as VR, mobile, or Switch. Experience in VR production, along with a strong passion for and knowledge of trends and the latest games in the VR industry. Benefits We are
