Position Overview: As a Graduate Technical Support Specialist at Cathelco, you will be integral to our mission, ensuring seamless technical assistance to our worldwide agent network, driving service department growth, and enhancing internal processes. Your role will involve handling technical inquiries, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the timely release of technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive technical and service support to our global agent network, addressing inquiries, and offering expert advice. Manage service inquiries efficiently, including selling, pricing, and quoting service within SAP, while maintaining service engineer schedules. Develop and maintain technical documentation such as user installation guides, training materials, and reporting methods. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including technical, product development, service, production, and sales teams. Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and service engineers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and processes. Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Proficiency in MS Office packages and AutoCAD. Basic understanding of electrical systems would be advantageous. Familiarity with SAP software is desirable but not essential.
