In this role, you will create and maintain technical documentation for telecom-based products, including user guides and API references, ensuring clarity, compliance, and accessibility. Collaborate with teams to translate technical details, update content based on feedback, and enhance usability with multimedia. Organize repositories for easy access and version control.

The Role:

Create and maintain technical documentation for telecom-based products, including user guides and API references. Ensure all documentation is clear, compliant, and accessible to diverse audiences. Collaborate with teams to translate complex technical details into user-friendly content. Update documentation based on product changes, customer feedback, and best practices. Enhance usability with multimedia elements such as graphics and videos. Organize and manage documentation repositories for streamlined access and version control. The Person:

Proven experience as a Technical Author, ideally in the telecom or technical industries. Exceptional writing and editing skills to create clear, concise, and engaging documentation. Proficiency in tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, and Confluence. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and documentation versions.
