Technical BA Component Designers Minimum years of experience:
7 – 8 years Detailed Job Description: At least 7 to 8 years experience working with information technologies and systems analysis Excellent analytical skills Basic SQL knowledge OAS/RAML knowledge Understanding of APIs Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Visio and other design tools Great communication skills Designing new systems and frameworks to suit the organization’s needs, as well as creating manuals to accompany these new systems and frameworks Running training sessions and workshops on updated systems and frameworks Troubleshooting technical issues while collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and the IT team to resolve issues Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements Enhancing computer and software systems for the company Review and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of a company's current system Improve software designs based on user demand Stay within budget when implementing the system Create analysis reports to convince management on the cost benefits of proposed upgrades Assist the IT team in implementing approved new systems Ensure new systems are working efficiently through analysis and troubleshooting Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance during design and analysis
