Knowledge of Microsoft Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux operating systems (RedHat, Debian, Ubuntu). Serve as the technical escalation point for the Level 1 support team. Troubleshoot both basic and complex backup-related issues, reviewing application logs to identify root causes and solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to vendors, managing the process to ensure timely and effective technical resolutions. Perform data restores, implement service and change requests, and ensure the smooth execution of backup-related tasks.
