About the role: We are in the market for an ambitious, humble, motivated and skilled Business Analyst to link between our Data Privacy and our technical teams. You’ll build a bridge between the technical/architectural teams and the wider business, identify risks and vulnerabilities, and help enable us to ensure a smooth complaint execution. What will you be doing? Relationship building - assume responsibility as a go-between for both technical and non-technical audiences. Assist the business in identifying a clear vision and objectives for scope. Providing guidance - offer insights and experiences to benefit the team. Be an expert in analysing the business domain. Identify & effectively communicate risks/issues and assist in resolving & removing blockers. Who are you? Able to write concise user stories for technical teams. Broad overall knowledge and awareness of IT and IT systems. A person who can bring people together to communicate with teams in different countries and leadership, driving software delivery. Strong stakeholder and international partnership management experience is essential. Proven ability to analyse a broad range of information, draw conclusions, and identify recommendation actions. Experienced/knowledgeable in user story writing, product vision and objective user journeys, stakeholder analysis, competitor analysis, business process modelling, story map development, and story backlog management. Experience communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels within the organization, including oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications, and reports.
