Lewisham A Technical Business Analyst / IT Analyst is needed to join an innovative IT Department. This role will focus on working closely with several Digital Platforms and a talented team of Software Developers developing with .NET and using SQL Server. A large focus of this role will be based around their Salesforce Platform. This is an excellent career opportunity for an Analyst who has a genuine interest in Technology, is keen to learn and get hands-on around Salesforce, .NET & SQL, and possesses strong communication skills. This Technical BA / IT Analyst role will involve: Working directly with the Salesforce Platform, SQL Server Databases, and Business Intelligence projects. Documenting Requirements and detailing requirements around new Digital content. Day-to-day tasks around functional requirements, screen designs, and condensing these into Epics and User Stories. Working on large-scale software projects (through the full SDLC) within an Agile environment. Understanding web APIs, Web Services, and how data is used/extracted. Getting involved in scripting with SQL. Working with the QA / Testing Team on UAT, Integration & System Testing (JIRA). Working with various tools like PowerBI.
