Job Description Identifying and analysing business needs and requirements. Developing and implementing effective business solutions. Working closely with the technology department to drive enhancements. Managing and delivering project milestones successfully. Performing quality assurance and risk assessments. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Tracking and documenting changes in functional and business specifications. Providing leadership to team members. The Successful Applicant A successful Business Analyst should have: An academic background in business, technology or a related field. A strong understanding of technology and its application to business solutions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. A knack for problem-solving and a customer-centric approach. Engage in backlog management Engage in quality assurance and testing Proven experience in a similar role within the leisure, travel and tourism industry is desirable, but not essential Experience working with external vendors is desirable, but not essential.
