Are you an experienced Technical IFS Business Analyst looking to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in North London, is seeking a skilled professional to optimize their IFS ERP system and deliver business-critical solutions. About the Role In this key position, you will act as the bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of IFS solutions across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to the company's operational success by delivering innovative, tailored solutions and supporting key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the IFS ERP system. Design and implement technical solutions within IFS to meet business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with operational goals. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing expert-level support to end users and technical teams. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, configuration guides, and system processes. Lead system upgrades, customizations, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of system improvements. Travel to other company sites or stakeholders twice a month as required. About You Proven experience as a Technical IFS Business Analyst within a manufacturing or similar environment. Strong knowledge of IFS ERP modules, configurations, and customizations. Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, or equivalent database query languages. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting. Comfortable working collaboratively with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike. Reside within a commutable distance to North London and willing to travel twice a month. Seniority level
