About the Role

Are you passionate about technical communication and support? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as Technical Communications Support. Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing technical information and support to internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, while maintaining exceptional product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Technical Documentation:

Review, edit, and maintain product manuals, information sheets, and technical data for internal databases and websites. Product Technical Centre Website:

Manage and publish technical documentation, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility. Technical Support:

Provide assistance to customers, distributors, and the technical team by researching and resolving technical inquiries. Technical Training Support:

Organize and maintain training schedules, materials, and certification processes. Stock Records & Pricing:

Support product code management, spare parts stock levels, and pricing updates. Warranty Claims:

Assist in warranty claim processing and database management. Product Evaluation:

Conduct technical evaluations, investigate product failures, and communicate findings to manufacturers. Quality Assurance:

Adhere to company procedures, striving for continuous improvement in products and services. What We're Looking For
