About the role;

The role of a Technical Consultant Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform is to use the Power Platform to contribute to the success of TSG and our clients. In the D365/Power Platform Practice we do more than just implement systems; we understand our clients’ businesses and make a difference by using innovative technology to find elegant solutions across the Value Chain. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions using Dynamics CE and Power Platform. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics CE and Power Platform applications and integrations. You will be comfortable collaborating with clients and stakeholders whilst providing technical guidance and support. Who are we? We have also recently launched our very own ‘TSG Foundation’ Our responsibility as a business to the environment as we are working towards becoming a net carbon zero business Flexible working policy Relaxed dress policy Excellent progression opportunities, training and support, including recognised qualifications Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents Manage and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, integrations, customisations, and migrations Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams on Dynamics CRM and Power Platform features, capabilities, and limitations Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions Prepare and deliver training, documentation, and presentations on Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions Provide presales support by articulating products and solutions and working with the sales teams to demonstrate and design appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers Knowledge, Skills & Experience; Relevant Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform certifications Educated to Degree level or equivalent industry specific experience Full driving licence Considerable experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions Expert understanding Dynamics CE modules; Sales, Customer Services, Field Service and Copilot and technically proficient in at least two Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies Expert in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Azure services Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform with other systems and applications using REST APIs, OData, SOAP, and other methods Experience in using various tools and frameworks such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, XRMToolBox, and Power Platform Centre of Excellence Exceptional communications skills and strong people skills A solution orientated mindset with good influencing skills Benefits; Company bonus scheme 25 days annual leave + public holidays Life assurance 4 x Salary Contributory pension scheme at 4% matched Perkbox discounts Employee Assistance Programme Paid CSR Days Company sick pay Income protection cover Enhanced Maternity and Paternity pay Home-based and hybrid opportunities Long service benefits including increased annual leave accrued with service Cycle to work scheme Employee recognition scheme If this sounds like the role for you, please apply today to be considered.
