Technical Consultant

Daintta are a rapidly growing, values-driven team of specialists who work with government clients across Cyber Security, National Security, Law Enforcement and Telecommunications. We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting the UK by scoping, designing and delivering mission-critical solutions. As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with our public sector clients and project teams to solve challenging and interesting problems. What's in it for you? Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements, presenting recommendations based on data, observations, and facts Assess the client's technical needs and understand how their needs are different from wants Support the development and introduction of new services and technologies for existing and new clients Design, develop and deliver innovative solutions for complex client challenges, producing high quality work to agreed timelines Configure, deploy and test systems and solutions in an agile, hands-on and practical manner Build and maintain strong relations with clients and key stakeholders Analyse, manage, mitigate and treat risks to reduce impact on a project Build and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Prepare and review comprehensive project documentation Provide expert input to bids and proposals, scoping future work and helping to grow the business Provide technical leadership and guidance to colleagues and clients, sharing knowledge and experience Skills/knowledge You are degree educated, or have significant relevant experience You are flexible, able to work effectively to deliver practical and expedient solutions You have experience of working in a Consultancy, Systems Integrator or similar organisation dedicated to delivering solutions to complex technical challenges You have led client delivery before – and have worked across a range of client projects – including some in data intelligence, technology or security domains You demonstrate excellent communication and technical leadership skills, including an ability to persuade and motivate others You are passionate about technology and problem solving Location? Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London/Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
