We are looking for an experienced Technical Application Support Engineer to join our client's team in Manchester. You will leverage your SAP expertise to develop solutions, integrate new technologies, and act as a key resource for junior team members. You will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' systems, helping them navigate technical challenges, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay ahead of industry trends by embracing and adopting new technologies that meet client and company needs. Use modern source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps for efficient project management. Develop add-ons and integrations using SAP and various third-party technologies. Generate custom reports with tools such as Crystal Reports, Boyum dashboards, and more. Act as an escalation point for junior application support, offering guidance and resolving complex technical issues. Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in a SAP environment, with hands-on expertise. Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to support junior staff. Solid technical knowledge in software programming, with proficiency in multiple modern programming languages. Strong working knowledge of Boyum or Codeless platforms.
