Job Summary Kiwa Agri Food is seeking a Technical Inspector to join our Pest Consultancy team. This role involves conducting inspections and audits across a variety of manufacturing, warehousing, and retail facilities, both in the UK and internationally. This role is a remote/field-based position; however, ideally, we would be looking for the person to be based in the Midlands/home counties due to the location of customers. About the role Inspection and audit, within the scope of industry recognized qualifications achieved Produce a detailed, and accurate, photographic inspection report Customer report delivery on time, and in line with KIPC Company Policy Scheduling and arranging inspection work allocation provided Supervision and training of new or less experienced employees (typically after 1-2 years as a KIPC consultant) Business development in respect of products and services offered by the Company Do you have what it takes? Expected technical knowledge and competencies: Legislation relevant to public health pest control Storage and transport of pesticides Biology, behavior and control of rats and mice Control of other vertebrate pests including birds, rabbits, foxes, squirrels, moles, and feral cats Public health insect pest biology and control including cockroaches, ants, wasps, flies, biting insects, stored product insects Pesticide application equipment Personal protective equipment Pesticide formulations and active ingredients Willingness to travel both in the UK and overseas Dynamism, aptitude for problem solving and teamwork, persistence, accuracy, practicality, reliability, flexibility, and results oriented Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels Knowledge and understanding of various retailer standards Qualifications (required): Practical pest control experience in a wide range of facilities RSPH Level 2 Award or Certificate in Pest Management BPCA Advanced Technician in Pest Management Level 3 Food Safety BPCA Certificated Field Biologist What can you expect from us in return? Up to £38,000 plus £4,800 (car allowance) , dependent on qualifications/experience Fuel mileage reimbursement on top of car allowance Generous Annual Leave

– Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service 37.5 hours per week
