Provide technical support and guidance on the telephone to engineers out in the field. Interact between administration team, management team and regional engineering team to disseminate information into the field. Monitor engineers and promote best practice in health and safety, engineering and customer care. Be part of a 1 in 4 phone on-call rota. EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
COCN1 or relevant Commercial Gas Qualifications (essential). Contract Management Experience (essential). Building Services / FM Experience (essential). Good interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Outstanding customer service skills. A friendly and professional telephone manner. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. Strong attention to detail. Computer Literate. RENUNERATION
