The Purpose: The Technical Coordinator will support both the technical and marketing teams. As the first point of contact for technical enquiries, they will provide friendly and accurate assistance to customers and end-users while recording information precisely. Committed to developing their technical understanding through continuous learning and training, they will be able to efficiently deal with enquiries either personally or through delegation. Demonstrating strong IT skills and attention to detail, they ensure accurate data maintenance and inventory tracking. They will also monitor industry social media platforms, requiring familiarity with social media tools and analytics to stay informed about trends and activity. Requirements: Customer service skills

are essential for acting as the first point of contact, requiring a friendly, compassionate phone manner and the ability to record details accurately. Data accuracy and organisational skills

are crucial for maintaining precise records, managing appointments and tracking inventory, ensuring reliable documentation across the team. IT proficiency

is required for using Microsoft Office applications and efficiently logging data, with the adaptability to learn new systems as needed. Time management and scheduling abilities

are necessary to prioritise tasks, oversee diaries and coordinate travel and accommodation, ensuring efficient support for the business’ activities. Attention to detail

is essential for monitoring stock levels, handling enquiries and providing comprehensive support to both technical and marketing teams. Social media and marketing awareness

is important to track industry news and product feedback, sharing relevant insights with internal teams and preparing responses when instructed. Adaptability and team collaboration

are vital for working flexibly across departments and responding to changing needs, ensuring cohesive support for company objectives. Commitment to learning

is key to developing technical knowledge continuously, allowing for more effective customer and end-user support. Experience

in a related technical, customer service and/or marketing role would be advantageous. Qualifications required:

GCSE grade 5 (equivalent to C) or above in Maths and English. Higher education qualifications would be advantageous. Our Offer to You: A rewarding position inside a successful, growing company.
