Technical Coordinator

to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality developments from inception to completion. About the Role As a Technical Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate external consultant teams across all project stages—from land and planning to commercial, production, sales, and adoptions. Your expertise will ensure that every discipline is aligned, layouts are flawless, and projects run smoothly. You’ll also: Lead the clearance of planning conditions and obligations. Oversee the preparation of comprehensive working drawings and technical submissions. Secure necessary approvals such as Building Regulations, S278, S38, S104, and more. Provide vital support to our site teams and resolve technical queries swiftly. Key Skills We’re looking for someone who: Has a solid understanding of the full development and technical process. Comes with experience as an Assistant Technical Coordinator or Technical Coordinator, ideally within a development organization. Holds (or is working towards) professional accreditation with RICS, CIOB, ICE, or RIBA. Excels under tight deadlines and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
