Technical Coordinator

Technical Coordinator - Residential Development We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our client and support the delivery on a high-quality RC Frame residential development. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to Technical Managers with day-to-day project management tasks Review and process consultant and contractor drawing packages Issue construction drawings and information following established protocols Liaise with statutory service companies and local authorities to manage regulatory requirements Work with with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors to ensure information is shared and understood Maintain compliance with Building Regulations and other statutory requirements Prepare and check documents such as conveyance plans, brochure plans, technical specifications, and site documentation Monitor consultant design information and ensure it is delivered on time Assist with the selection and appointment of external design consultants Address technical queries during the design and construction phases Manage consultant fees and appointments Work effectively with other teams, including Planning, Commercial, Construction, and Sales What We're Looking For: A solid understanding of the design process and knowledge of pre-construction, construction, and planning activities Competence with BIW or similar systems Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work This role offers a great opportunity to work on residential developments and be part of a team committed to quality and efficiency.
