Provide back up to Technical Manager / Senior Technical Manager on project running activities.

Check all consultant's drawings & documents relevant to the packages you are working on.

Provide comments on behalf of the client.

Issue drawings and information for tendering and construction purposes ensuring all information is up to date and to the correct revisions.

Ensure enquiries and applications go to statutory service companies and local authorities.

Liaise with architects, engineers (all consultants) and sub-contractors for information.

Deal with site queries.

Check conveyance plans.

Check brochure plans and other marketing collateral.

Internal liaison with land and planning, surveyors, construction, commercial and sales departments.

Collate and maintain the Technical Specifications.

Obtain postal addresses.

Attend and minute Design Team Meetings and workshops.

Produce and maintain Technical Sales Specification.

Provide sustainability information to Sustainability Manager.

Assist in the compilation of O + M manuals.

Carry out as-built demise checks against brochure.

Work closely with your line manager to ensure that they are aware of all live key issues on a weekly basis.

Work closely with the commercial and build teams maintaining the close collaborative team spirit already in place.

Assist with the day to day management of the consultant team in a positive and proactive manner.

Assist with monitoring the Project Strategic Risk Register.

Assist with the securing of all Building Control approvals.

Provide information to secure the discharge of planning conditions to the Planning Team.

Liaise with the Land & Planning team to ensure that work is prioritised and tracked.

Have a positive, proactive and flexible attitude towards the unforeseen additional work and optioneering that often arises as schemes develop and evolve towards the best solutions.

Undertake all required internal courses and relevant CPD promptly as well as remaining up to date on Statutory changes.

Assist with managing the change processes for the project keeping up to date with Technical Manual changes.
