Job Opportunity: Technical Coordinator This position will be based in our office in Cambridge with site visits in Harlow, Bedford and Cambridge. The role is 5 days a week in the office on or site.

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Coordinator

to manage the technical aspects of our construction projects. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:

Oversee multiple projects, coordinating design development and managing consultants and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Health & Safety:

Promote and ensure adherence to health and safety practices in line with company policy and CDM regulations. Quality Control:

Review and control the quality of technical documentation, ensuring materials meet specifications and that the company's reputation for quality is upheld. Delivery:

Ensure design packages are completed on time and accurately, managing project timelines and addressing any challenges that arise. Financial Management:

Monitor project budgets, control costs, and explore value engineering opportunities to maximize profitability. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, such as design, construction, and commercial, while liaising with external partners and statutory authorities. Requirements: Working towards relevant qualifications (Degree, HNC/HND, or NVQ Level 5). Experience in coordinating design teams and managing technical aspects of projects. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of BIM Level 2 and CDM regulations.
