* Home-based with visits to Southampton * Initial 6 month contract * £300 to £350 per day via Umbrella (Inside-IR35) The Opportunity: Our client, an international technology company, is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to provide support to clients with training and use of the company's dynamic software platforms. You will play a lead role in developing, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships while using your expert knowledge of the platform to assess, support, and resolve client concerns. This role would suit a technical support professional with a background in supporting engineering SaaS products in client-facing environments.
