Business Transformation Lead , ideally with experience within retail banking and/or FS product offerings, is required by this FS organisation as they look to improve specific consumer product offerings by replacing their core banking system. Can you demonstrate where you've led on the successful delivery of transformation initiatives, with systems architecture and integration, via APIs at the heart of the offering?
Responsibilities will include:
Lead on the technical aspects within the overall core systems replacement.
Work closely with SMEs to define the technical architecture, ensuring alignment with clear business objectives.
Support the integration of the new and existing systems via 3rd party APIs.
Guide on API management, systems integration, and support of the data migration strategy.
Translate business requirements via stakeholder engagement into technical specifications.
Execute project plans and schedules specific to the programme and monitor/report on progress, documenting accordingly.
AWS API experience will be beneficial.
Agile delivery experience.
Please note that this is a hybrid role with two days in the office per week, and initially on a Fixed Term Contract basis - please only apply if you are comfortable with both aspects.
