The Delivery Manager has delivery and support responsibilities for a set of applications and systems, managing program management, architecture, design, development, implementation, and support. The Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of development efforts in support of the delivery of both business-driven initiatives as well as regular maintenance and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have 50% technical experience and 50% delivery and project management experience. He/She will act as a link between the product team, other streams, and stakeholders to ensure that plans and deliverables are coordinated to provide a seamless customer experience. He/She will be responsible for communicating progress to all relevant stakeholders, collating feedback where relevant, and proactively managing risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions. Primary Responsibilities:

Lead software engineering teams to deliver next-generation digital products that exceed internal and external customer expectations. Hands-on experience in configuring, managing, enhancing, and upgrading core Ecommerce or Content Management Platform platforms. Provide high-level project oversight to teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and that they meet standards. Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with internal users and vendors to fully understand and meet technological needs. Analyze current and new processes to identify the most efficient and cost-effective way to complete objectives. Experienced in building and managing Ecommerce systems using headless and composable architecture. Demonstrated knowledge of modern software engineering practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, quality automation, API architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures, and relational & no-SQL data stores. Demonstrated project management skills. Proven expertise in effectively managing delivery on small to medium-sized projects. Demonstrated ability to drive transformation and innovation. Strong understanding of building connected Ecommerce experiences across Ecommerce CDP, marketing automation, and other systems. Minimum of 2 years delivering projects related to concepts like decoupled architecture, headless/MACH architecture, omni-channel, etc., and basic functional domains of Ecommerce, CRM, frontend, and mobility. Experience in managing projects with key technologies/platforms like Ecommerce, content, front-end, and MACH. Minimum experience of 12-15 years is required.
