What are you being brought in to do?
- Take over two different engineering teams
- Expand and create a third team!
- Create and manage detailed delivery plans
- Track the progress of engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts and address bottlenecks.
- Utilize Agile methodologies
What will you need?
- Strong software development experience ( Test, previous developer)
- Azure DevOps (understanding the admin)
- Applied Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
- Understanding of system architecture
- knowing the importance of delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.
These guys are largely remote with the odd trip to the office based in the north west.
