This solutions business is looking for a pivotal hire to join their growing company


These guys provide software solutions for large businesses, self-service options for employees along with some consulting services!



What are you being brought in to do?


  • Take over two different engineering teams
  • Expand and create a third team!
  • Create and manage detailed delivery plans
  • Track the progress of engineering projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-team efforts and address bottlenecks.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies



What will you need?


  • Strong software development experience ( Test, previous developer)
  • Azure DevOps (understanding the admin)
  • Applied Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban)
  • Understanding of system architecture
  • knowing the importance of delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.


These guys are largely remote with the odd trip to the office based in the north west.


Looking for pay up to £75k with loads of other benefits
