RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TECHNICAL DELIVERY OUTCOMES MANAGER Provide a liaison between policing and law enforcement agencies for the national identity and access management service. Work to assist organisations onboard. Technically describe the process and schedule engagement sessions. Work with other engagement managers to assist agencies and police. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE TECHNICAL DELIVERY OUTCOMES MANAGER Law enforcement background. Knowledge of law enforcement database. Technical knowledge / Technical project experience.
